We ship to any address in the United States for a flat rate of $15 per order.
Pick up at the salon
You can choose "Pick up at the salon" at no cost. We will email you when your order is ready at 5537 Sheldon Rd, Suite C, Tampa, FL 33615.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Taxes
Orders shipped to or picked up in Florida include the applicable sales tax, calculated at checkout.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened or used products.
Damaged products
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us within 48 hours with photos of the package and we will make it right.
